Dale serves as one of the Home Life Leaders at Susan’s View, Peacehaven’s residential home. They guide the rhythms of daily living—supporting residents with compassion, consistency, and a deep commitment to creating a home where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered.
Cory Phillips
Cory connects people to Peacehaven’s mission by building relationships, sharing stories, and inviting the community to play a role in shaping a more inclusive future.

Dana manages programs related to our residents, volunteers, guests, and community.
Darryl Roseboro
Darryl serves as one of the Home Life Leaders at Susan’s View, Peacehaven’s residential home. He guides the rhythms of daily living—supporting Core Members with compassion, consistency, and a deep commitment to creating a home where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered.
Ray Schwarz
Ray oversees Peacehaven’s financial stewardship and operational strategy, ensuring that we are optimizing our outreach and impact.
