Job Opportunities

Peacehaven is expanding, and we’re hiring big-hearted, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of folks who believe that belonging is a seed worth planting, nurturing, and harvesting every day. If you’re called to meaningful work done side-by-side with others, we’d love for you to pull up a chair.

We’re looking for the rare person who loves turning big dreams into clear plans and meaningful action. If you’re energized by bringing people together, managing complexity, and helping build an inclusive community where people of all abilities live, learn, work, and play side by side, we’d love to meet you.

The Qualified Professional (QP) plays a key role in supporting adults with I/DD by overseeing services, guiding team members, and helping individuals work toward meaningful, self-directed lives. This role blends care coordination, leadership, and relationship-building within an integrated community built on dignity, growth, and belonging.

Help build the people behind the mission. As Peacehaven’s first dedicated HR leader, you’ll create the systems, policies, and culture that support a rapidly growing team committed to inclusive living, learning, work, and play. This is a rare opportunity to build an HR function from the ground up while helping create a workplace where people, and our mission, can thrive together.

The Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is a unique opportunity to share daily life with adults with I/DD, supporting independence, relationships, and meaningful routines within a shared home. This immersive role blends caregiving, community-building, and companionship—creating a space where dignity, growth, and belonging are part of everyday life.

As Peacehaven grows, we’re welcoming new teammates who want their work to matter. Direct Support Professionals partner with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across homes, community settings, and our RISE & SHINE day programs—supporting personal goals, daily rhythms, and shared experiences. This is hands-on, relationship-centered work that values patience, flexibility, and mutual respect, creating space for people to build skills, confidence, and connection.
