The Coordinator of Community Engagement, an exempt position reporting to the Director of Development, is responsible for the cultivation, development, and strategic engagement of community volunteers. This vital role engages individuals, groups, civic organizations, academic staff, and volunteers to support the needs of Peacehaven Community Farm (PCF). In addition, the Coordinator of Community Engagement will collaborate with the Development Team in promoting the mission and vision of PCF. This is a thirty-hour-a-week position. The person in this part-time position will address the challenges adults with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD) face regarding meaningful housing options and communities.
