Steve Moore, 35 year organic farming guru, will lead a cover crop workshop during the garden workday from 9am to noon. 

Steve recently retired from Elon University where he was a professor of AgroEcology. He specializes in sustainable farming systems and is a pioneer in solar greenhouse and high tunnel production.
