Our community is about growth. Growth in the personal, spiritual, vocational or even in the practical nature should never be underestimated. While living on a working farm, the residents and their assistants will see growth all around them as they grow into the amazing people God wants them to become.


A core belief of our venture is that people with disabilities are teachers. They will teach us to try, to live in the present, to be present to others. Like the family members of the Peacehaven Farm founders, the people of Peacehaven Farm will inspire people to create things or places never imagined. The community merely provides the support to allow for growth, learning and change for all who come to live, work, volunteer, and be a part of our shared life together.

Is this a place you can grow?

Our community draws heavily upon the "L'Arche" community model which uses assistants to come and live in the community for extended periods of time. In addition to the learning and personal growth you will experience being a part of the Peacehaven Farm community you also will receive training and spiritual formation. A modest stipend is paid to assistants in addition to housing and other living expenses. Please complete the form below if you would be interested in this opportunity.
